1. Electronic Consent & Communications
By placing an order, you agree to transact electronically with Tatvamaya™ and to receive all communications, reports, and updates by email or other electronic means.
2. Nature of Service
Tatvamaya™ provides custom digital astrology reports prepared based on the birth data and information you submit. These are interpretative, informational, and spiritual-guidance reports, not predictive guarantees. Report formats, prices, and features may change at any time without prior notice.
3. Data Accuracy & User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for providing correct, complete, and verifiable birth data (date, time, place) and any optional information. Tatvamaya™ is not liable for inaccuracies, interpretations, or outcomes arising from incorrect or incomplete details submitted by you. If your birth time is uncertain, you may optionally order Birth Time Rectification as a separate paid service.
4. Payments & Fees
All payments are collected in INR through Razorpay. You are responsible for any additional charges imposed by your bank, card issuer, payment gateway, or currency conversion. Tatvamaya™ accepts no responsibility for delays, failures, or errors caused by third-party payment processors.
5. Delivery Timeline
Reports are custom-created and delivered by email. The estimated delivery time will be communicated after order placement. Delays may occur due to high volume, technical issues, or complexity of analysis. Tatvamaya™ is not liable for delays that arise from technical issues, force majeure, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
6. Changes, Edits & Re-analysis
Minor corrections requested before the report is prepared may be accommodated at our discretion. Once the analysis has begun, or once the report has been delivered, re-analysis or major changes require a new order or an additional fee as applicable. Tatvamaya™ is not obligated to revise or update a report based on later life events, changing circumstances, or new information.
7. Refunds & Cancellations
Because these reports are custom digital products, they are non-refundable once work has begun or the report has been delivered. In rare cases where a refund is approved before work begins, Tatvamaya™ may deduct a 5% cancellation fee plus any payment gateway charges. No refunds apply for incorrect birth details submitted by the user, change of mind after purchase, disagreement with interpretations, dissatisfaction with the nature, length, or content of the report, or delays caused by external factors.
8. Intellectual Property
All reports and content are the intellectual property of Tatvamaya™. You may read and use them for personal purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, resell, or create derivative works from any part of the content without written permission.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, manipulate systems, distribute malware, or engage in any activity that harms Tatvamaya™ or infringes upon any rights. Tatvamaya™ may suspend access or service in cases of misuse or violation of these terms.
10. Privacy & Data Handling
Tatvamaya™ collects and stores only the information required to prepare your report and to provide support. We do not sell personal data. Reasonable technical measures are used to protect your information, but Tatvamaya™ is not liable for breaches caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers, email providers, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. You consent to your data being processed for delivering the service and for necessary administrative purposes.
11. Disclaimer
Astrology reports are for guidance and self-reflection only. They are not a substitute for medical, legal, psychological, financial, or professional advice of any kind. Tatvamaya™ does not guarantee any specific outcome, event, or prediction. You agree to use the report at your own discretion and responsibility. Tatvamaya™ shall not be liable for decisions made based on the report, emotional or psychological reactions, perceived accuracy or inaccuracy, or any loss, damage, or consequence arising directly or indirectly from your interpretation or actions.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
All services are offered under the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
