Terms and refunds

Vedanga is a service of Tatvamaya. These terms cover the paid “Reading” for a Kundli. Last updated 4 October 2026.

What you are buying

• One payment unlocks the Reading for one Kundli. Other Kundlis are unlocked separately.
• The Reading is arranged in eight life areas: you and your nature, mind and emotions, work, wealth, marriage, home and family, health and obstacles, and the period you are in. The first area can be read free before you pay.
• Each line restates what a classical text associates with a placement in your chart, and names its verse. The texts are Brihat Parasara Hora Sastra (chapters 24 and 47) and Brihat Jataka (chapters 16, 17 and 20). Themes are selected and softened, in plain words; harsh lines of the originals are left out. The Reading has not been reviewed by a practising astrologer.
• The explanations are the same fixed text for the same chart. They are not written by an AI model and are not a personal consultation.

What it is not

Astrology in Vedanga is offered for reflection. It is not a prediction you should rely on, and it is not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. Vedanga is in early access: calculation methods are still under verification and may change, which can change the explanations shown.

Price and payment

The price is shown on the unlock button before you pay, in Indian rupees, and includes any applicable taxes. Payment is taken by Razorpay. Vedanga does not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

Keeping your purchase

Vedanga has no accounts. After your first purchase you are shown an access code. Keep it: it is the only way to open your unlocked Kundlis in another browser or after clearing browser data. We store only a scrambled form of the code and cannot recover it for you. While the Kundli is still open in the original browser you can make a new code there.

Refunds

• If you were charged and the Kundli did not unlock, write to us with your Razorpay payment id. We will unlock it or refund you in full.
• If you are unhappy with what you bought, write to us within 7 days of payment and we will refund you in full. We may decline repeated refund requests from the same person.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 working days.
• After a refund the Reading for that Kundli is locked again.

Your data

See Privacy. A Kundli you have unlocked is not deleted automatically; you can delete it yourself at any time. Deleting it does not by itself give a refund.
