Who we are
PDF Sevak is operated by Tatvamaya LLP, India (“we”, “us”). Contact: tatvamayallp@gmail.com.
The free tools
You may use the free PDF tools without an account, for documents you are entitled to process. We provide them as they are and may change or withdraw a tool at any time.
Your documents
You keep all rights in your files. You must only upload or process documents you own or are authorised to handle, and you must not use PDF Sevak to remove passwords or protections from documents you are not allowed to open. How each tool handles files is described on our privacy page.
PDF Sevak Pro
Pro gives batch processing for the period you pay for: 30 days or 1 year from the date of payment. A Solo plan is for one person on up to 2 browsers; an Office plan is for up to 5 people on up to 10 browsers. Browsers count if they used the key in the last 30 days. Buying again with the same email extends your existing key. A Pro key must not be shared beyond the plan's limit, resold or published. Batches are limited to 50 files (10 for PDF to Word) and 50 MB per file.
Payment and price
Prices are in Indian rupees and are final. Tatvamaya LLP is not registered under GST, so no GST is charged and we issue a payment receipt, not a tax invoice. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Plans are one-time payments and do not renew automatically.
Refunds
See the refund policy. In short: a full refund if you ask within 7 days of payment.
Availability
We work to keep PDF Sevak available and correct, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every file can be processed or reduced to a given size. Always check a processed file before you submit it anywhere.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to PDF Sevak is limited to the amount you paid us for Pro in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as a missed deadline or a rejected application.
Ending access
We may suspend a Pro key that is shared beyond its plan or used to break these terms, after first contacting you where reasonable.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the version on this page applies from the date shown. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
