Made in India PDF tools
PDF Sevak is a free set of PDF tools made in India by Tatvamaya LLP. Seventeen of its twenty tools, including Compress PDF, Sign PDF and Redact PDF, work inside your browser and never upload your file. The other three run on our own server in India, send the result straight back and keep no copy. It reads Hindi and ten other Indian languages, knows the upload limits of Indian portals, and is priced in rupees.

Is there a PDF tool made in India?
Yes. PDF Sevak (tatvamaya.com/pdfsevak) is made in India by Tatvamaya LLP. It offers 20 free tools: compress, merge, split, remove and extract pages, organise, rotate, crop, PDF to Word with OCR, JPG to PDF, scan to PDF, PDF to JPG, sign, fill forms, edit, page numbers, watermark, redact (including Aadhaar masking), protect and unlock.
Where are my files processed?
Nine tools, including Compress PDF, work entirely inside your browser, so the file never leaves your device. PDF to Word, Protect PDF and Unlock PDF use our own server in a data centre in India; the result comes straight back to you and the server keeps no copy.
Does it support Hindi and other Indian languages?
Yes. PDF to Word reads scanned pages in Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi, Urdu, Sanskrit and English. Watermarks can be in any Indian script, and Compress, Merge and JPG to PDF have Hindi pages.
Is it free?
Yes. Every single-file tool is free with no sign-up, no watermark and no daily limit. Offices that process many files at once can buy PDF Sevak Pro in rupees, by UPI or bank transfer.
Is PDF Sevak part of a government scheme?
No. “Made in India” here simply means the tools are built and run by an Indian company on servers in India. PDF Sevak is not affiliated with any government scheme or logo.
