MCA V3 form attachments: 2 MB per file, 10 MB per form

On the Ministry of Corporate Affairs MCA21 V3 portal, each attachment to a form can be at most 2 MB, and the whole form including all attachments and the digital signature can be at most 10 MB. Large board resolutions, financial statements or scanned agreements usually need compressing before they fit.

Bringing an attachment under 2 MB
Open Compress PDF and tap 2 MB. Scanned resolutions, MoA/AoA copies and financial statements usually compress well. Compress before you affix a digital signature, because changing a signed PDF invalidates the signature.
Staying under 10 MB for the whole form
Add up your attachments. If they come close to 10 MB, compress each one further (for example to 1 MB) or remove pages the form does not require with Split PDF.
